RestoSupply – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the RestoSupply website and customer ordering portal operated by Globalexim Inc. (“RestoSupply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Use Only
The portal is intended solely for business-to-business (B2B) customers. Accounts must be registered in the name of a valid business entity.
2. Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate business, billing, delivery, and payment information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
3. Orders
All orders placed through the portal constitute binding purchase orders. Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and applicable cutoff times.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed are contract-based or customer-specific. Franchise pricing is governed by master agreements negotiated with franchise head offices.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at order placement unless otherwise approved. Approved customers may receive Net 5 / Net 7 / Net 15 terms. Payments are processed automatically using stored payment methods.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using secure, hosted, PCI-compliant systems. RestoSupply does not store payment credentials.
7. Delivery
Delivery schedules are route-based and determined by delivery address. Delivery dates shown in the portal are estimates.
8. Returns & Credits
Returns or credits are subject to approval. Approved credits will be applied to the customer account.
9. Limitation of Liability
RestoSupply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal or services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
